Not recommended for pregnant or nursing dogs or puppies under the age of 8 weeks old. Stop feeding 5 days prior to an operation/anaesthetic. Not to be used if your dog is allergic/sensitive to any of the ingredients listed. Please check with your vet before giving this supplement if your dog is taking any medication.

Herbal ingredients are:
Nettle: A wonderful nutritive herb that allows optimal absorption of food. Rich in tannins and Quercetin which keeps stools firm and skin itch free. Rich in iron, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, vitamins A,C,K & B. A fantastic nutritive tonic. Supports good circulation and kidney function. A rich source of phytonutrients.
Milk Thistle: A powerful adaptogenic herb that has powerful cleansing and antioxidant properties for detoxification of the liver and kidneys. Has mild demulcent actions, which means it can form mucilage, which coats the lining of the gut. Provides calcium, magnesium, potassium, folate and vitamin A.
Withania: An amazing calming adaptogen which helps to keep stress at bay. Helps to keep the immune system, gut and skin healthy. Has a positive effect on blood cells. Contains sodium and iron.
Skullcap Baicalensis: Supports the gut and skin. Promotes calmness and relaxation. Supports liver health = healthy skin.
Calendula: Supports a healthy digestive system. This herb is an astringent thus has cleansing and liver supporting benefits.
Marshmallow root: A soothing and powerful demulcent that supports gut health. Keeps digestion, respiratory tract and skin healthy. It is a rich source of insoluble fibre and so acts as a prebiotic, feeding the good bacteria in the gut. Its tannins give it an astringent action. This herb is akin to the benefits of slippery elm bark, but much more sustainable. A fantastic antioxidant. Rich in vitamin A, C and B Complex, selenium, zinc, copper & iron.
Liquorice root: this sweet herb is a powerful adaptogen what is soothing for the gut. Aids respiration and supports a healthy immune system. A sweet herb that makes the formula taste great!
Feeding guidelines:
Simply shake the bottle well for at least 10 seconds and add 1ml to every 2kg of your dogs weight onto their regular food once daily, either in the morning or evening. If your dog requires additional support, we suggest increasing the daily feeding amount to 1ml to every 1kg of dogs weight for 7 days and then revert to 1ml to every 2kg of dogs weight. For puppies over 8 weeks old feed 1ml to every 2kg of their weight once daily or split over 2 meals, and weigh regularly to ensure that you are feeding the correct daily amount.
Proflax Omega products can be used alongside any other products in the Proflax portfolio. If feeding multiple supplements, we suggest rotating your chosen products on a daily basis.
Proflax products can safely be used long term, however, we would suggest that if you are feeding one product only on a daily basis that you feed for no longer than 90 days and then take break of 7-10 days. This short break allows the body to have a rest period from the same supplement. However, if you are feeding more than one Proflax product in daily rotation, a break period is not considered necessary.

Storage
Prior to opening, store in a fridge or cool dark place and once open, keep refrigerated and use within 8 weeks of opening. Shelf life – 18 months.
